A. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Except in so far different conditions have been agreed upon between parties explicitly in writing, the Dutch DNR 2005 conditions, with a maximum of € 700,000.00 for professional liability as well as € 1,250,000.00 for corporate liability in the Netherlands and worldwide (exclusive of US/Canada, off-shore or petrochemistry), shall apply to all tenders, quotations, offers and agreements concerning any provision of services by Ingenieursbureau
Passe-Partout B.V. that has been registered in the register of the Chamber of Commerce with number 29046745 (hereinafter: ‘Passe-Partout’):
The aforementioned limitations of liability are in accordance with, and depend on, the coverage by our insurer. Passe-Partout accepts no claims in excess of the amounts paid by our insurer.
B. DISCLAIMER & PRIVACY
By using this web site of Passe-Partout (hereinafter: the ‘Site’) you indicate to have taken cognizance of the conditions of use (hereinafter: the ‘Conditions’), as well as the fact that you have agreed to the Conditions. If you do not agree to one or more provisions of the Conditions, you should not use this Site.
1. General
Passe-Partout may adjust the contents of the Site and remove or add sections. Passe-Partout reserves the right to adjust or change the Conditions unilaterally. By using the Site after the Conditions have been adjusted you indicate to agree to the changed Conditions. These Conditions were adjusted most recently on 10 July 2008.
2. Rights of intellectual property & permitted use
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights with respect to the texts, illustrations and other protected material on the Site are vested in Passe-Partout or the persons holding the rights to that material, respectively. The aforementioned rights shall not pass on in any manner to persons that get access to this Site.
It will be only permitted to download one copy of the material made available on the Site for one’s own, non-commercial, use, unless it has been indicated otherwise explicitly in the Site. It is not allowed to copy, change, distribute, disseminate or use in any other manner the material made available without the prior written permission of Passe-Partout.
