Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) is a success
Passe-Partout carries out approximately 1300 assignments per year. One project per field of action is discussed in more detail. Roos Gerritsen, a member of the sales team, visits the customer herself to complete the CSS. During the CSS interview she discusses the course of the project, the results of the project, the quality of contacts with the office. The entire project is reviewed from quotation to final invoice.
Roos: “Our clients are very positive about the way in which we discuss the project. Because I do not supervise any projects myself, I take up a neutral position in the interview. We discuss the project and I pass any questions on to the project supervisor or project leader.”
