Flowery live in Rijnsburg
We are proud to work every time on very special projects. Recently we started a new project “The Flower” Phase 1 in Rijnsburg, The Netherlands. We will carry out the measurement works. Our client is De Raad Bouw B.V.
A total of 365 houses will be built in the shape of a flower. The first leave of “ The Flower” consists of 27 housings.
Our surveyors provide:
- setting out excavation lines;
- setting out of piling plan;
- registering piling abnormalities;
- identify main dimensions on ground floor, first and second floors for walls and windows;
- dimensions of the foundation.
The form in which the houses will be built, makes the measurement work so interesting. Round shapes are much harder to set out than straight lines. Buildings with a special construction are increasingly. Our surveyors now have much experience with these type of measuring activities.
