Starting at the base
With the help of base maps, you can incorporate designs for new buildings, roads, etc., in the existing situation. The map exactly provides the allowable dimensions for design and construction. We also record renovation measurements. These provide useful data for the managers of buildings and infrastructure. An accurate base lays the foundation for successful completion of a project. Outsourcing surveying tasks to our company effectively minimises the risks in any project.

Custom maps
The specifications of each project are discussed together with the client:

• which elements will be measured; 
• in what digital format will the data be delivered

Typically this will be an AutoCAD DWG or DXF file. These files contain a 2D or 3D vector plot of the site. We provide codes for the lines, points and planes so the client can clearly see what each line or point on the map represents.
