Building & Construction

Outsourcing reduces your worries
The cost of surveying is just a small part (approx. 0,25%) of the total investment in a construction project. Truly high costs are those incurred, for example, when a building is not positioned correctly or when prefabricated elements do not fit. Surveying is an exacting profession and extensive experience is required in order to effectively minimise risks. Our surveyors not only take measurements using professional instruments, but they think along with the contractor with a view to arriving at the best approach.

Surveying means working together
The survey teams work closely with an enthusiastic preparation team that advises, checks results and digitally processes the data. Data is provided in AutoCAD. To enhance a project's progress, we strive for flexibility while always keeping in mind that quality comes first.

What can we do for you?

  • Main dimensional surveying (e.g. excavation lines, sheet piling, piling plan, grid lines)
  • Detail dimensional surveying (e.g. anchor plans, foundation plans, walls)
  • Arbitration cases (deformation surveys, flatness checks, independent inspection surveys)
