Machinery & Equipment manufacturing

Key concepts in the machinery and equipment manufacturing are: 

• precision;
• insight into the workings of the machinery; 
• thinking along with clients in analysing problems and finding befitting solutions to them.

Their measurements must be extremely accurate, sometimes to as much as 0.02 millimetres. The conditions under which measurements must be taken are often less than ideal. Sometimes production simply continues throughout the measurement process.

Equipment manufacturing
We survey existing equipment in order to create as-built drawings of the object. The manufacturer uses our drawings as a guideline in building the new equipment, which can then be fitted perfectly into the existing set up. We take care of the whole process for you, including guidance, monitoring and surveying work.
